Rootstocks
We primarily grow Reed and Zutano rootstocks. Seed is mainly sourced from our own orchard, however we can use overrun Reed from our local packing shed if there is a shortage of suitable fruit for seed.
We are happy to germinate your seed if you have a particular rootstock seed you wish to use. Please contact Jonathan to ensure we have sufficient space in our polyhouses for your order.
In line with industry standards seed is heat treated to kill phytophora spores prior to germination.

Varieties Propagated
Due to consumer preference, the main varieties we propagate are Hass with Edrinol as pollinators. Due to high demand for grafted avocado trees, placing an order is essential.
